Subject	What is the point of the Valet key?

Message	I have the silver one, black one, and red one. I know that the red one is the valet and I thought that it was supposed to limit the speed of the car. Is this true? If it is, then mine isn't right. It acts like a normal key. Anyways, how do I have one made so it is the true "Valet key" since I don't have a key to copy? Thanks
